Direct and personal contact with your GP - no assistant involved
At this modern practice, you have direct and personal access to a dedicated, experienced GP.
For telephone contact with your GP, you can book a callback appointment at a time that suits you via the website. Alternatively, call +31 (0) 30 – 800 9705, choose option 1, and you will be called back at the next available moment. Please note that additional callback appointment slots are released daily. This ensures that you have the opportunity to reach your GP on the same day you need assistance.
You can easily send a question to your GP through your online portal. This service is available 24/7, and you’ll receive a reply within two working days.
For certain health issues, you can book an appointment at the practice yourself. For other issues not listed, please call your GP first.
The benefit of this approach is that you only need to explain your situation once. In many cases, your question can be answered over the phone or via e-consult. If not, you and your GP will arrange a follow-up appointment at the practice. Conveniently, this means you don’t need to visit the practice for every problem.
You can also manage other tasks yourself via your portal:

- Update your contact details, such as phone number, address, and email

Practical Information
The practice is accessible by appointment only during office hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
For urgent medical issues outside these hours (from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, at weekends, and on public holidays), please contact the Utrecht Emergency Post via https://spoedpostutrechtstad.nl/ or call +31 (0) 88 – 130 96 70.
The following NZA rates 2025 apply to patients without Dutch insurance and patients who are not registered with us:
- Consult: €35,15
- Consult longer than 20 minutes: €67,01
- Visite: €51,08
- Visite longer than 20 minutes: €82,94
