That is why we are currently working hard on the website, your online portal, and our smart telephone solution. This will enable us to offer you direct and personal contact in the following ways:
For telephone contact with your GP, you can schedule a call-back appointment at a time of your choosing via the website, or call 030 – 800 9705, select option 1, and you will be called back at the next available opportunity. Please note: additional call-back slots become available each day, ensuring that you can always reach me on the same day.
You can also easily submit a question to your GP via an e-consult. This service is available 24/7 through your online portal and you will receive a response within two working days.
For certain complaints, you can book an appointment at the practice yourself through your portal. For other complaints not listed, please call your GP first.
The advantage is that you only need to explain your situation once, and your query can often be resolved over the phone or via e-consult. If this is not possible, you and your GP can arrange a follow-up appointment at the practice together. This is convenient, as it means you do not need to visit the practice for every query.
