I would like to thank everyone who completed an evaluation form for me. Patient feedback is a mandatory part of the five-yearly re-registration process for GPs. I found it both valuable and enjoyable to read your comments, and I hope that in five years time I may again receive such thoughtful and meaningful feedback through the forms.
In the meantime, I also welcome any input on things that are going well or what could be improved. Please do not hesitate to let me know!
The practice is accessible by appointment only during office hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
