Thank you for your interest in registering! We will be notified as soon as you have registered via the website. We will then register you within a few days or you will be put on the waiting list. When the registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email (also keep an eye on your spam box!). From that moment on we are your doctor. Then do not forget to unsubscribe from your old GP so that we can receive your medical file.

Stadseiland GP Practice is the new general practice for patients living in the Transwijk neighbourhood. This also includes De Nieuwe Defensie and the future Merwede district. The practice is now open for registrations from patients who do not yet have a GP nearby.
(Please note: Patients living in the Kanaleneiland area, between Beneluxlaan and Rooseveltlaan, are kindly asked to register with a GP in their own neighbourhood.)
You can register as a new patient by completing the form below. Click ‘submit’ to send your details to our administration team. Your registration will only be final once you receive a confirmation email
Registering several family members?
Please register each family member separately.
Children under the age of 12
Please provide a unique email address for each child for the patient portal. (This can be an alias). The phone number can be shared.
For separated parents with joint custody: please mention in the comments if the other parent also gives permission.
People aged 12 and over must give permission themselves to register.
Practical Information
The practice is accessible by appointment only during office hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
For urgent medical issues outside these hours (from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, at weekends, and on public holidays), please contact the Utrecht Emergency Post via https://spoedpostutrechtstad.nl/ or call +31 (0) 88 – 130 96 70.
The following NZA rates 2025 apply to patients without Dutch insurance and patients who are not registered with us:
- Consult: €35,15
- Consult longer than 20 minutes: €67,01
- Visite: €51,08
- Visite longer than 20 minutes: €82,94
